Introduction
Our group decided that it would be best to discuss the tools required in building a high performance team, because the concepts that it entails are vital for understanding how to work with others in the best way. By utilizing the information that we have attained from class lectures, the "Organizational Behavior" textbook and other scholarly sources, we were able to built this website with the aspiration to share the knowledge with others on how to build a high performance team that is effective and efficient. While we distributed the work between the two of us, we ensured that we worked side by side in putting the final product together to ensure that we were in agreement with the final outcome.
About us
Mona AlkhaldiMy name is Mona Alkhaldi, a HealthCare administration student minoring in business. As a HCA major at the UWM, I have attained many technical and interpersonal skills that I anticipate will help me succeed in this final DMP project. I have been working on many projects that have required teamwork in the past both in my personal as well as my professional life. In my group, I often tend to choose to work on the technical part of the projects. While one aspect of the project test my technical abilities, it more prominently brushes up on my aptitude of working with others. For this final project, I strive to perform as a competent team member by demonstrating the qualities and characteristics of a high performance team. By communicating effectively with my team members, I expect to succeed whether we function synchronously or asynchronously. My goal ultimately is to utilize all of my skills in order to have a successful outcome for the project that both the group members and I will be satisfied with.

Adam Schueller
My name is Adam Schueller. I am currently a sophomore at UW-Milwaukee and a kinesiology major with a business minor. I am also on the pre-physical therapy track so I plan on going to physical therapy school after my undergraduate. I am also on the universities cross country and track team, so when I am not studying I am running. The skills that I bring to this team include communication, reliability and organization. One of the most important things a team needs is communication. So I was able to communicate what all needed to be done in order for us to create the best project possible. Also, my communication helped lead to more organization of our group. We were able to determine roles for each person and specific jobs that needed to be done by each person. I was reliable in the tasks that were assigned to me, to do a quality job and to be done by the deadlines we set. This set of skills helped our group get the project done on time, in an orderly fashion, and a quality job.
